Oh Christmas Tree....

 

Yes, the tree is up. It marks our official start of the holidays. Just on time for Thanksgiving!  This is a first for us. 

We love to just sit back and enjoy the twinkle of the white lights. No other lights in the family room are needed. 

 

 

 

"O' Christmas Tree, O' Christmas Tree......how lovely are your pre-lit branches!"

Now that I take a longer look, seems that I still have to tweak a few of its branches. Oh well, at least I can say we got it up for the "Holidays."

Of all the places......

Of all the comfy cozy places in our home, this is where and how he chooses to sleep.

I just don't get it sometimes. But honestly, is there a need to try and understand? Nope. All I know is..... it is just too darn cute.

"Just Because"

It has been entirely too long since I took some pictures. But today, thanks to these beauties the motivation hit me.........

So colorful and simply beautiful. I just adore flowers......they make me happy.
Especially when they unexpectedly arrive "Just Because."  Thank you my love!

Life gets so busy sometimes. It was a wonderful reminder to stop and simply enjoy.
It felt good to pick up the camera again.
